Before I was behind the lens I was in front of it. Fifteen years of modeling, acting, and working with photographers on posing, catalog work, and everything in between. That experience does not just sit in my past. It shows up in every headshot session I shoot.
I know how to guide someone who has never done this before because I have been that person. I know the angles, the posture, the micro adjustments that make the difference between a photo that looks like you had to take it and one that looks like you were born for it.

What should I wear?
It depends on your industry and what you want your headshots to say about you. That said here are my universal rules of thumb. Stick to solid colors and neutrals. Layers always photograph beautifully. Avoid logos, neon, and anything too busy or distracting. The good news is you will not have to figure this out on your own. A personalized style guide arrives before your session with specific guidance based on your field and the look you are going for. You just show up looking like yourself at your best.
Do you shoot in studio or on location?
Both. My La Quinta studio is available for clean classic headshots. I also shoot on location throughout the Coachella Valley for a more environmental look that reflects the desert lifestyle. We will decide what works best for your brand during our discovery call.
I am not comfortable in front of a camera. Is that okay?
It is completely normal and honestly it is my favorite kind of client to work with. I spent fifteen years in front of the camera and I know exactly how to guide you so you look natural, relaxed, and like yourself. Not stiff. Not posed. Just you at your best.
How many images will I receive and will they be retouched?
Your package determines your final image count. Every delivered image is fully retouched and high resolution. No watermarks. Ready to upload to LinkedIn, your website, or your business card the moment your gallery arrives.
Do you photograph corporate teams and groups?
Yes. I offer group and corporate headshot rates for teams of 10 to 40 people in one day. Reach out directly for custom pricing and availability. Corporate bookings fill fast so the earlier you reach out the better.
How can I use my headshot photos?
Every package includes a standard usage license which covers your LinkedIn, website, business cards, email signatures, marketing materials, press releases, and more. A full breakdown of what is included in your license is available here. If your needs fall outside of the standard license an extended commercial license is available starting at $400 per image.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
I do not provide hair and makeup services directly but I have relationships with the best hair and makeup artists in the Coachella Valley. I am happy to refer you to someone I trust so you show up to your session feeling polished and camera ready. Additional charges apply directly with the artist.
