I grew up in a small family and we lost my father at a younge age. We do not have real family photos from that time. No album to pull out. No proof of what we all looked like together in that season of our lives. That absence is something I carry with me into every extended family session I photograph.
I know firsthand what it feels like to reach for a memory and find nothing there. I refuse to let that be anyone else's story. People will not always be here. How do you handle such a large group?
This is genuinely my specialty. I arrive early, introduce myself to everyone, get on the floor with the kids, and let the family settle in before a camera ever comes out. I know how to move large groups efficiently while keeping the energy light and relaxed. Most families are surprised by how smoothly it goes.
What should everyone wear?

What if someone arrives late?
It happens with large groups. Text me as soon as you know and I will adjust our plan. I always build in buffer time for exactly this reason.
Do you travel to our rental or resort?
Absolutely. I come to wherever your family is gathered. Your vacation rental, your resort, or a desert location I already know will look incredible. You do not have to go anywhere.
Can you photograph groups of 20 or more?
Yes. I have photographed groups of 8 all the way up to 30 and beyond. No group is too big or too complicated. The bigger the group the more I love it.
