Rancho Mirage Newborn

Leyla was a pro during her Rancho Mirage newborn photoshoot!  Only five days new and one of the most gorgeous, happiest babies I have ever seen!

Sometimes I have clients that just make my job super easy…this is one of those families. I met Monika and Kristian at a friends meet up in Palm Desert and thought they were just the cutest couple. Not only was she an adorable pregnant woman, but he was a super attentive husband, which is kind of rare to see. I always love to meet couples who really embody what marriage should look like. Makes me get the warm and fuzzies.

Finally, the day arrived and it was time for Leyla to enter the world. Monika texted me to let me know that Leyla was on her way, while in labor (<- OMG), and that it was time to solidify a date for her photo shoot. We decided to shoot at their home, so it was more comfortable for the new baby and I was so excited we did! Once you scroll through the images, you will see that it was seriously a photographers dream come true!

When I arrived I got to meet not only the baby, but their stunning toddler Melina. You will see from the pictures below that her dad is going to have to fight off the boys as she gets older.
