I recently paired up with the most adorable little boys clothing line called Harv Co. The company was created by Kayla and Ben after the birth of their little boy, Harvest (obsessed with that name).  Realizing that there was a lack of fun clothing options for boys, they started to make their own products using bright colors and unique designs. Who better to model these adorable creations than a one and a half year old named Brayden! When Brayden got to my studio he had just woken up from a nap and was still a little groggy. He let us know that he was NOT ready to start his shoot quite yet. As he was clinging to his mom, she asked me “Is it always hard with kids this age?”. To answer that for everyone reading this blog, YES, it is not just your child :). You are bringing them to a foreign place, with a woman they have never met, wardrobe changes that they hate and a camera that is following their every move. This type of environment takes some getting used to for most children, but rest assured, they will calm down. After five minutes of surveying the space, playing with blocks and batting around a balloon, Brayden relaxed and started to let his personality shine through. I couldn’t have been happier with the shots that we got, Brayden is one photogenic little dude!
